Shipping Policy — Slix's Supplies & Co.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship worldwide. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

All prices are listed in AUD. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.


Where We Ship

We ship to Australia and worldwide (Rest of World). International delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs and import processes. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Split Shipping

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This is because our products are sourced from different suppliers to ensure the best quality and fastest available dispatch. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, Slix's Supplies & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier or postal service disruptions
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
